Our LIEMKE warranty promise:
- 3 years warranty on all thermal imaging optics
- Repairs from our optics specialists in Wetzlar
If something is wrong with your device, you can send it to us for service.
Please proceed as follows:
Download our service order here and fill it out completely.
Send your optics without accessories, without the original box and with the completed service order form (see above) to:

We will inspect your device based on your information and make a first diagnosis.
Afterwards we will contact you and give you feedback on your optics.
Please understand that we cannot make initial diagnoses on the phone based on your description. Due to the complex technology, we need the optics on site to make a qualified statement.
Important: Please always send a copy of your proof of purchase.
Please note that we do NOT return sent in outer packaging / product boxes.
