If there is anything wrong with your device, you can send it to our service department.
Please proceed as follows:

Download our service form here and fill it out completely.
Making sure to include the completed service form (see above), send your thermal imaging optics without accessories and without the original packaging to:

We will test your device based on your information and make an initial diagnosis.
Then we will contact you and give you a feedback on your thermal imaging device.
Please understand that we cannot make an initial diagnosis over the phone based on your description. Due to the complex technology of your night vision scope, we need the device on site to be able to make a qualified statement.

Please note that we DO NOT return outer packaging / product cartons that have been sent in with your optics.
